EmpowerHer and Child Development Initiative (EHCDI) is a non-governmental organisation registered in Nigeria. Our registered office is at 8 Kasim Abdul Ali Street, Jahi, Abuja, Nigeria.

• EHCDI will use donations in support of its stated mission and programmes
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at Ehcdi.info@gmail.com within 7 days
• EHCDI reserves the right to decline or refund any donation at its discretion
• Donation receipts will be issued by email upon successful payment
• EHCDI is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider

4. Volunteer Applications

Submitting a volunteer application through this website does not guarantee a volunteer placement. EHCDI reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

All volunteers who are accepted will be required to complete an onboarding process and agree to EHCDI's volunteer code of conduct before commencing any activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and the EHCDI brand identity, is the property of EmpowerHer and Child Development Initiative and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
