From skills training to child education, every EHCDI programme is designed to create lasting, measurable change.
EHCDI does not run generic charity. Every programme is designed around a specific need, delivered by trained facilitators, and measured against clear outcomes. We believe in sustainable impact, equipping people with tools they keep long after our programmes end.

Many women in underserved communities have the drive to build better lives but lack access to practical skills and financial knowledge. EHCDI's Skills & Financial Literacy programme bridges that gap.
Participants receive hands-on vocational training in trades such as tailoring, catering, soap making, and digital skills, alongside financial education covering budgeting, saving, and accessing micro-credit.
Skills training alone is not enough. EHCDI pairs every graduate with an experienced mentor, a businesswoman, community leader, or professional, who walks with them through the first year of applying what they have learned.
Monthly check-ins, group accountability sessions, and access to a growing EHCDI alumni network ensure that no woman is left to navigate her journey alone.

A child's earliest years are the most critical for cognitive, emotional, and social development. EHCDI works in communities where access to quality early education is limited, providing structured learning environments, trained facilitators, and age-appropriate materials.
We also train and support parents, particularly mothers — to reinforce learning at home, creating a full circle of development around each child.
Good health is the foundation of everything else. EHCDI runs community health outreach programmes that bring maternal health education, child nutrition support, and basic healthcare access to communities that need it most.
Our health facilitators work with local clinics and community health workers to ensure that women and children receive the information and referrals they need to stay healthy.

We identify underserved communities through local government partnerships, referrals, and on-the-ground research.
Before launching any programme, we assess what the community actually needs, not what we assume they need.
Trained facilitators deliver structured programmes over defined cohort periods, with clear outcomes and milestones.
We track outcomes for 12 months after each cohort ends, measuring real change and feeding learnings back into future programmes.
